DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery & Return Policy
Delivery Policy:

  • We deliver all across the country.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders.
  • If you choose COD, a delivery charge of 100 BDT must be paid in advance via mobile banking or bank transfer.
  • The remaining amount will be collected upon delivery.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days depending on location.

Return & Replacement Policy:

Products can be returned or replaced within 2 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product in case of any issue.
  • Return shipping cost will be covered by the customer unless the mistake is on our part.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned item.
